HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Once the item and its extras have been chosen and selected, and payment has been made through the chosen payment method, the dep. commercial will be contacted to request logos or design instructions to be able to make the printing sample. This sample will be sent from the dep. design within a maximum period of 48 hours. This sample must be accepted via email and that is when the effective manufacturing time begins to count.
We have 4 manufacturing deadlines depending on the urgency required by each order. These deadlines entail a price supplement and quantity limitations depending on each item.
STANDARD: 10 working days of manufacturing from the acceptance of the technical sheet with the printing proof. This term has no financial surcharge.
EXPRESS: 6 working days of manufacturing from the acceptance of the technical sheet with the printing proof. This period has a financial surcharge of 10%.
SUPER EXPRESS: 4 working days of manufacturing from the acceptance of the technical sheet with the printing test. This term has a financial surcharge of 30%.
IMMEDIATE: 2 working days of manufacturing from the acceptance of the technical sheet with the printing test. This term has a financial surcharge of 60%.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Orders can be collected personally or by your agency at our facilities, without incurring any cost.
We can send the order to your facilities with a delivery time of 24 hours for a cost of €8.5 to the entire peninsula through our transport agency.
For more urgent shipments, to the islands or with excess volume or weight, a separate budget will be provided each time.
TRACK MY ORDER
At the moment of acceptance by the client of the design sheet sent from the design department, the production process begins. The customer will receive an email with confirmation that production begins and will be informed of the delivery day. The day before the order is delivered, the shipping number and the link will be sent by email to be able to track the shipment with the transport agency.
The invoice will be issued and sent by email to the customer within 48 hours of delivery of the order.
PAYMENT OF ORDERS
> By bank transfer. Selecting the option and filling in the requested information. Once the bank receipt is received, the process to place the order will begin.
> Payment by card from the website itself. Selecting the card payment option, filling in the requested information and accepting the payment. Once we receive confirmation from the payment platform, the process to place the order will begin.
PRICE OF ITEMS
The prices of the products expressed on this website are in Euros and do not include taxes (VAT) or transportation. Prices are valid except for typographical errors.
Once an order has been placed, it may be canceled by the customer at any time, but will entail the costs corresponding to the work already carried out at the time of cancellation.
The return period for a generic item is 14 days, but custom-made or personalized items do not have the right to return from the customer.
